PRICING:

  • Listed in USD

  • All prices are negotiable and can change depending on your budget and time frame.

  • I determine the final price based on how long I think it will take to complete the art + some other factors (my skill level, your given deadline, tool costs / studio costs (art programs, other digital art tools / assets), etc.

  • Transaction fees are also factored into the final price.

LIGHTLY SHADED SKETCHES: $20 - $55+FLAT COLORS: $85 - $165+FULL RENDER / ILLUSTRATION: $180 - $400CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEETS: $540 - $1150+
Default sheets have 1 front, 1 back and one bust with plain white or gray background.
I can design characters from scratch / just from your description for this option as well. (Perfect for Vtubers!)GRAPHIC DESIGN: $60 - $250COMMERCIAL USE FEE / LICENSE PURCHASE: This is an added flat fee of $50 - $100+ Depending on the artwork's intended use.
Before the art is delivered, a drafted up commercial license will be given to you in the form of a pdf which will be signed by both parties after full payment is received. The art will be sent after the agreement is signed digitally. You must show proof of signature via a screenshot. Make sure you have a pdf filler such as adobe acrobat reader.

AGREEMENT:

By reading this page with the intent of commissioning the artist, you agree to the following:

  • The terms and conditions detailed on this page.

  • To keep in contact with the artist and to provide proper feedback when updates are given.

  • Ensure that you have sufficient funds to pay for the digital goods and are 18 years or older in age.

REVISION POLICY:

  • Revisions made during the sketch phase are free of charge.

  • Revisions made after I have started coloring are an additional .50 cents and is paid before the artwork is sent to the client.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The artist has not started the commission.

  • The client wishes for a refund and the artist has not started coloring / rendering the art.

  • The commission was terminated by the artist for whatever reason.

  • The artist couldn't finish the commission by a given deadline and was denied a new deadline.

The client will be Refunded the following amounts:

  • 100% of the payment (or first payment if a payment plan was used) if the artist has terminated / can’t complete the commission due to emergencies or if the client cancels within 24 hours of the initial payment.

  • 90% of the payment (or first payment if a payment plan was used) if the artist has finished the sketch.

  • 60% of the payment (or first payment if a payment plan was used) if the line art has been finished.

  • 40% of the payment (or first payment if a payment plan was used) if the flat colors have been finished.

No refunds will be issued if the rendering / shading process has started.

Refunds will be issued with the same payment method used initially by the client. Refunds will be issued after the refund price has been discussed with the artist. Transaction fees are not the responsibility of the artist.

GENERAL TOS:

  • Do not contact me about anything NFT related, I do not make art for NFTs.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason.

  • I have the right to post the final art on my social media and use it as art samples for my portfolio.

  • I have the right to make videos of the process of making the art.

  • If you do not want the process of your commission to be posted publicly because you are a pre-debut Vtuber or for other reasons, please specify this in your message to me.

  • Do not use my art for generative AI.

  • Do not contact me to draw anything that is highly sexual / Pornographic. I will not accept proposals of that nature.

PAYMENT TOS:

  • I do not accept cryptocurrency.

  • Payments are paid on a 100% Upfront basis unless a payment plan is discussed for payments above $100.

  • The final art will not be sent until full payment has been paid to the artist.

  • I will not start working until payment is received.

  • Payments are facilitated through Paypal Invoice.

  • Transaction fees will be factored into the total payment.

  • The client agrees to give their payment details to process the payment.

PERSONAL COMMISSIONS TERMS OF USE:

DON’TS:

  • Do not use them for monetary profit without contacting me to purchase a commercial license.

  • Do not remove my watermark / logo that I place on the art.

  • Do not claim that you made the art.

  • Do not trace the art.

DO’S:

  • Give me credit for creating the art by tagging me @misorauni when posted on your socials. Alternatively you may link to this website if you post the art where I cannot be tagged.

  • You may print out the art and frame it!

  • You may give the art to your friends or other people as gifts!

  • You may use the art as your desktop or other device wallpaper!

  • You may use the art as profile icon or pictures for socials!

COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS TERMS OF USE:

DON’TS:

  • Do not claim that you made the art.

  • Do not lose the commercial license given to you. It is recommended that you print it out just in case.

DO’S:

  • You may use the art for your merchandise.

  • You may use the art for any other type of monetary profit, unless stated otherwise.

All terms are subject to change.

If you are having trouble understanding if what you want is commercial art or not: A good rule of thumb is to ask yourself "Will I acquire a profit if I use the art in this way?" If the answer is yes, it is commercial use. If you still don't know whether what you want is commercial or not, just ask me.

HOW TO REQUEST A COMMISSION

  1. Send a message via my contact page through any of the forms of accepted contact.

  2. Declare what your subject is (environment, character, vtuber design, pet drawing, kpop fanart, etc) Have this be the "header / title."

  3. Provide any and all details about the proposal, be specific as to what you want so that I can price accordingly.

  4. Please specify what you intend to use the art for, (profile pic, character image for a book, vtuber model, phone wallpaper, discord server icon etc.)

TURNAROUND / DELIVERY TIME:

  • Typical Delivery is 2-8 days.

  • Some projects may take longer, most noteably: Character designs / ref sheets, Environments, and Vtuber model art.

  • Holiday season will be slower.
