The terms and conditions detailed below.

Any terms that are discussed at the time of commissioning.

Ensure that you have sufficient funds to pay for the digital goods and are 18 years or older in age.

I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason.

I have the right to post the final art on my social media and use it as art samples for my portfolio.

I have the right to make videos of / stream / post the process of art creation unless you request a privacy NDA fee while discussing payment.

You must credit me for all art I make both personal and commercial in the way I specify at the time of discussion.

Do not trace my art. Do not claim that you made my art. Any attempts to do so will result in you being blacklisted and posted publicly for other artists to see.

Do not contact me about anything NFT related, I do not make art for NFTs.

Do not use my art for generative AI.

I will be working on art for commissions during these days only unless there is a tight deadline.

I will also most likely respond on these days during these times more often than the weekend / other times.

The communication language is ENGLISH only. Communication should be polite, concise, and relevant to the task at hand. If this is not met, the artist reserves the right to terminate the commission regardless of its status.

Communication is to happen through vgen, email, or discord only. If through email, please use an email you are comfortable with providing.

Animals /ferals

Environments: in order of best to decent ▶ Interiors, nature, exteriors / buildings, complex perspective views.

Please ask me about anything if it is not listed here, thank you.

I will not draw anything that is highly sexual / NSFW.

I do not draw anthropomorphic animals (“Furries”) at this time.

I will not draw extreme gore.

I will not draw offensive or controversial material.

You must contact me first to purchase a commercial license before using any of my art for merchandise or in streams / content if it was originally made for personal use.

You will be given a license tailored to your use case to refer to packaged with the final product. Do not lose it.

License for streaming / content use may be purchased with a $17.00 fee.

License for merchandise may be purchased with a $34.00 fee.

If the commission is ongoing / has not started yet this fee is bundled with the total payment.

You may stream and make videos with the finished art / use it for promotional material.

You must credit me as the model artist.

Please contact me if you wish to use the model art for merchandise purposes.

Do not resell the model art files or give them away for free.

If you do not wish to use the model anymore, please contact me.

It is your responsibility to keep the files safe.

You may use it for your intended type of product(s).

You must credit me as the artist / designer in the description of the product(s).

Do not resell the original files.

Do not give away the original files.

It is your responsibility to keep the files safe.

Do not remove my watermark / logo that I place on the art.

Give me credit for creating the art in the way I specify at the time of discussion.

You may print out the art to display in your home. You may give the art to your friends or other people as gifts. You may use the art as your desktop or other device wallpaper. You may use the art as profile icon or pictures for socials, etc.

You can not use the art for any kind of monetary profit unless you contact me to buy a commercial license.

Payments are made through Vgen.

Payments are paid on a 100% Upfront basis unless a payment plan is discussed for payments above $100.

The final art will not be sent until full payment has been paid to the artist.

I will not start working until initial payment is received.

I will not accept refunds or chargebacks after starting the commission.

You may cancel if payment has not yet been received.

Refunds will be issued by me only if I have not started the commission.

The client is NOT authorized to initiate chargebacks for unjustified reasons.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to refund / cancel a commission will result with you being blacklisted and posted publicly for other artists to see. You will not be able to commission me again and any and all art + licenses obtained in the past will be retracted and sold to others.

Revisions made during the sketch/planning phase are free of charge.

Minor color tweaks during the color flatting phase are also free.

Revisions made for poses / facial expressions / color tweaks after I have started rendering are an additional $1.00 and must be paid before I send the final art.

Revision requests are not accepted after the final art is sent and payment is received.

Updates will be given in the form of watermarked screenshots at certain checkpoints when significant progress has been made.

Checkpoint 1 ➡️ initial sketch | Checkpoint 2 ➡️ flat color | Checkpoint 3 ➡️ ️half way through render.

It is recommended for the client to check in themselves every so often if they feel the need to do so.

Typical Delivery for sketch services is 3-7 days from start.

Typical Delivery for normal illustration services is 1-2 weeks from start.

Typical Delivery for model art services is 3 weeks - 1 month from start.

Rush fees may apply for hard deadlines.

Some projects may take longer, most notably: Character designs / ref sheets, Environments, and Vtuber model art.

If you have many revisions during planning, it will take longer to finish the art.

Holiday season [OCTOBER-JANUARY] should be expected to be slower as I have more personal plans during that time.
